Please keep in mind, if you choose not to do some or all of the clean up items, you have also selected to forfeit some or all of your refundable damage deposit.

 Parking lot picked up of trash and debris. 
The basic rule of thumb here is to return the building back to the condition that you found it in prior to your decorating and use of the facility.
